I thought that I would show you some of the other items I have made with the fabric I posted about in my last entry. Some cuffs with added embellishments of seed beads, wire mesh and lace.

Brooches with embellishments from snippets of fabric, yarn, seed beads, hand embroidery and wire mesh. The first photograph shows the base fabric I created for the brooches and pendants

Pendants embellished in a similar way to the brooches.

I still have some pieces of fabric to use, the tiny snippets of fabric I have used to make cards.
My sister came to stay for a few days. We visited the Ashmolean to enjoy a cup of coffee at the roof top cafe and then spent some time admiring the many beautiful Impressionists paintings that are on permanent display. Watched three films, made some cards and enjoyed watching the rugby.
This is my 299th post and I now have 99 followers. So next time I will have a giveaway.
Wishing you all a good week.

Quite delicious, all of it - your cuffs are so neat! Love your brooches & pendants - no-one made brooches at the w/s which surprised me as I love pinning them on myself! Do you wear your own art?
