Notebook 21 and Giveaway

Notebook twenty-one is one that I have created quickly using a moleskein notebook. The text on the front which is a description of an artist was given to me by Emma and the beautiful flower by Linda.

The roses are amazing this year and this one is actually next doors, but as it is on my south facing fence I have more in my garden.

All the names for the giveaway went into a bowl and were drawn randomly. The winners are:

Gina who will be receiving the textile item

Jan who will be receiving something heart related

Corrine who will have some mixed media items

Underatopazky who will have something photographic

If you can let me have your addresses I will get the parcels off next week. Life is a bit busy with Art Weeks, which is our open studios event. It has been going well. Even though I was closed today I had 6 visitors 200% more that yesterday. The weekends are when most people come.

Hope you are all well and happy.

Fantastic, do you ever take cuttings? I keep telling my tiny rose buds to HANG ON in all this wind - foliage loss but hopefully they'll still flower. From heatwave to winter in one month!

Lucky winners!

Wow, I won one! I'm so excited to see what you send, I'm certain it will be fabulous. I'll send you my mailing address in an email but you don't worry about anything until your Art Weeks is over. That must be a lot of fun and also a lot of work preparing for it. Hope you have perfect weather this weekend and get lots of guests.

Our roses are barely even growing here it has been so cold and wet. So I appreciate being able to see yours, just wish I could smell them. My lilacs are finally blooming now so their scent is very welcome. maybe I will go pick some right now. Thanks in advance!
