Notebook 45 and 46

Like many of you I am sure; I am wondering how to get everything done at the moment. Decided that I needed to use two notebooks that I made some time ago for these two. The first has a photograph of my Mother's grandparents taken a very long time ago as Gt. Grandpa died before my Mother was born. I am using this notebook as it would have been my Mother's 80th birthday this last week. I have used felt to line the inside and it has plain paper pages.

Number 46 has a crazy patchwork cover including some fabric that I printed from fabric paper that I had made. Again lined with felt and plain paper pages. Both have handmade cords which were made from knitting yarn.

I have been out on the meadow again and this time I took my camera. Pictures of the vast expanse and one of the allotment.

Hope you are all well.

Love the photo transfer and the roses on the notebook. Crazy patchwork would brighten any day. Some artichokes there! Always look so prehistoric, probably are. xox Corrine

How wonderful that you have the photos of your ancestors and have used this one in this way. Love the background fabric too.
That is quite the vista. I might be picking and eating those artichokes.

WOW!! Love the photo transfer onto fabric, fantastic! The photo itself is beautiful and so precious! And the fabric is just gorgeous. x

Time just seems to shrink around Christmas when we should all be able to just hunker down & enjoy, those of us who can. Life balance & all that;)

Lovely notebooks & I just got sucked in to your pinterest!

I love the colour combination on the first notebook especially. The greys go so well with the red and lime.
